How do I return?

Inform us within 14 days of purchase. Then complete the return form at the back of the receipt card and ship items back within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can’t offer refund and will issue store credit instead.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (e.g. tagged brand card, with hanger, no missing parts etc).
USA customers who ordered above $35 may request for one complimentary return label.
USA customers who ordered under $35 are responsible to pay for return shipping. We recommend USPS economical ground shipping.
International customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.

*If you don't have the receipt card anymore, simply include a piece of paper in your package, indicating your name, order number, reason to return on a piece of paper.
