My order is missing

If you didn't receive it, then the possible reasons are:

1. 90% of the time, it was sent to the wrong address. Most neighbors who received will return it to you in 2-3 days.
2. Sometimes, there are glitches in delivery status. It may still be in the postman's truck or post office. Please wait for another 2-3 days.
3. Rarely, package theft happens. Please let us know if you still can't locate it after a week. A replacement package will be sent to you.
