Delivery is usually a week upon ordering. If you have the order number, live chat with us to check now.

We process order in 1-3 working days as some items are stored in larger warehouses which we visit bi-weekly to pickup and pack. Then we ship via these options:

  • FREE USA Ground 5-6 days Least carbon footprint (order above $35)
  • UPGRADE USA: USPS Priority Mail 3-4 days
  • INTERNATIONAL: *DHL Express upgrade: 3-5 days
*DHL Remote Area Surcharge: In rare circumstances, some addresses may fall within "remote area", whereby DHL charges extra. We will let you know once we obtain your address from the order and check with DHL. If you wish to continue, we will send you a PayPal link to pay for the surcharge. If you wish to cancel, we will issue a full refund.
